Dig It! Coffee Co. is a social enterprise in downtown Las Vegas’ Arts District that provides competitive-wage job opportunities and mentorship for adults with disabilities, founded by Taylor Gardner Chaney via The Garden Foundation. Their menu features locally roasted coffee along with creative drinks like the Dirt Cup Latte and Gummy Bear Lemonade, and the space is bright, playful and inclusive, with décor like murals, disco balls, and an atmosphere centered on kindness, coffee, and community.
